ŞîfaJin health center was recently opened in the Jinwar women’s village in Rojava (Syrian Kurdistan). The center bases its practice on natural and modern medicine.
At ŞîfaJin, health care is organized by the women of the village themselves and aims, in addition to caring for those who live in Jinwar, to restore knowledge and understanding of health and life according to a society that has to be democratic, ecological and in which women are free.
Medical Perwerde
We went to Melek where we gave a lesson in the community house of the village. We teached how to give injections and how to measure the bloodpressure and the body temperature.
As a part of our works of Şîfajin we continued with giving lessons in the villages around.
Soon we will continue with lessons about first aid.
